PAS-3 Medical Software has been a dependable, reliable, affordable and consistent software system in the medical healthcare industry. This is the same PAS-3 Medical Software system that was developed and marketed by Michael Forrester and Artificial Intelligence, Inc. of Seattle Washington since 1976. Howard, who was a master dealer for the product since 1987, purchased the software system in 2002.

Since purchasing the software, Howard updated the code to healthcare and HIPAA compliance. The software is well-positioned using the core based MS-DOS structure and is Windows compatible from Windows 95 up to the current released windows operating system. It is a full Windows running multi-user and multi-tasking under peer-to-peer, Novell or NetBIOS 3.1 compatibility. It can run in a single-user or network structure.
